Photos and Media

When you add photos to memorials, the images are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, process, or transmit your photos to any server. Access to your device's camera and photo library is requested only when you choose to add a photo, and only the selected image is used.

In-App Purchases

Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by the respective platform's payment system.

Notifications

The App may send local notifications (birthday and anniversary reminders) if you grant permission. These are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any remote servers or push notification services.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Uninstalling the App will remove all associated data. We do not retain any information after the App is removed.

Children's Privacy

Candle Memorial is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since no data is collected from any user, this concern does not apply in practice.
